Source: Friend of Lake Superior

5-6 diced or cubed potatoes
1 onion
2 8-oz. cans of condensed milk
3 lbs of Salmon, Coho or Lake Trout in 2" squares
flour for thickner

Takes 30-35 minutes. In a covered pot put the potatoes and cover with water and bring to a boil. Add the fish when the potatoes are done and cover with just enough water so everything stays submerged. Add salt and pepper to taste and onion with some water as required bring to a boil. Add milk and boil again. Thicken with flour and serve steaming hot.
