2 or 3 large walleye pike heads... if fishing was slow (buffalo fish heads work too) Put fish heads, potatoes and onion in open medium pan with 3 qts of water, boil until potatoes are done. The fish will be yust right then, add the milk and bring back just to a boil, salt & pepper to taste and serve. Submitted by Leland Olson, Arlington, SD
